Former Nanyuki MP Antony Mutahi has been charged with stealing a title deed of land valued at Sh18.8 million.
Appearing before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku on Thursday, January 14, the former MP denied the five fraud-related charges levelled against him.
Mutahi is accused of stealing the title deeds at the Ministry of Lands headquarters at Ardhi House.
He denied the charges and was released on a cash bail of Sh300,000 or Sh1 million bond.
